Q: What does the series number mean?

Our series numbers are just a quick way to match bases &amp; lids. Matching series numbers = matching products* e.g. Any 79 Series cup will fit any 79 Series lid.*Please note: the 185-Series clear PLA lid fits all 185-Series bases, however the 185-Series paper lid only fits 185-Series paper bases.But how do we come to the specific series numbers? These are usually based on product width (e.g. 79 Series = 79mm rim, 185 Series = 185mm rim)

Try our range of sauce pots - available as small as 15ml, all the way up to 120ml. These cute little sauce pots are perfect for providing sauces or dressings on the side for extra freshness.

All Vegware salad containers, sushi trays and sauce pots are made from renewable or recycled plant material and are completely commercially compostable where accepted.

Frequently Asked Questions

PLA (Polylactic Acid) is a compostable bioplastic made from plants - primarily corn - not fossil fuels.

Manufacturing bioplastics such as PLA produces significantly less carbon than conventional plastics such as PS or PET, and all Vegware PLA products are commercially compostable where accepted.

Clear PLA varieties are suitable for cold use only, however CPLA (Crystallised PLA) is suitable for both hot and cold.
