Courier Delays Update Dec 2021

Please note some customers are currently experiencing severe delivery delays (particularly Melbourne)* due to high parcel volumes.

We are working hard to dispatch your orders asap, and our couriers are working tirelessly to get your goods to you as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding & patience in these uncertain times, and thank you for planning ahead and ordering well in advance.

*Melbourne customers, please note we are unable to assist with orders any less than a week overdue (according to Startrack's predicted eta).

Please note Vegware are not responsible for any courier delays once orders have been dispatched.

Our products are only supplied by the full carton quantities. We are unable to supply partial cartons / by the sleeve.

The easiest way to order is here on our website. As soon as the order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send an additional email with tracking information.


We do not deliver to PO Boxes or parcel lockers!

Orders received and paid for by 3pm (Sydney time) will be dispatched same day via road express courier. Inventory is available in various capital cities, making delivery quick and cost effective.

Deliveries are made between 9am & 5pm weekdays. If delivery address is unattended, redelivery fees may apply. Our deliveries are quite big & bulky and are not always safe to leave unattended. Please reply to your order confirmation email immediately if any specific delivery instructions (e.g. deliver before 2pm, ATL by side gate etc.)
