Placing a small order

• Orders can be placed online.
• As soon as the order has been processed, we will email you a confirmation.
• Once payment has been received, we pick and dispatch the order.
• Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch notification.

Delivery

Under normal circumstances, the vast majority of orders received by 3pm on a working day will be dispatched the same day on a standard 1-2 working day delivery service to UK mainland addresses. Orders received on a Saturday or Sunday will be delivered the following Tuesday at the earliest. If ordering from a non-mainland UK address or from outside the UK, please call the office on 0330223 0400. 

Returns

Not happy with your goods? We have a seven working day returns policy. Please let us know as soon as you can if you would like us to arrange collection of your goods by emailing us at info@vegware.co.uk, or phoning us on 0330 223 0400.
